I'm in upstate NY, always use Rustic Flower Shop when sending flowers to my aunt. Over the years, they have consistently been great to work with, and the flowers arrangements are gorgeous. I highly recommend them!

Ordered over the phone for friends in that area. Spoke with Amber who was excellent customer service rep. Flowers were delivered as requested and a picture was texted to me, as well as a receipt. The flowers were beautiful, and the recipients were thrilled. Would highly recommend this florist!

My mother and I ordered a large funeral spray and it was breathtaking. The owner of the shop even sent her a picture of the spray. One of the most customer friendly place we have ever done business with and very reasonably priced. Call them...they are them...you won't be disappointed!

I've ordered from Rustic Flower Shop and Gifts a couple of times now and have to say the quality and beauty of the arrangements is outstanding, as well as the very personalized and friendly service. Had a couple of elements that needed to be switched out and the shop called and let me know and did a fantastic job! The end results were fab!! Will def. be using again, as well as spreading the word! Happy customer!

OMG! The arrangement I ordered was absolutely GORGEOUS! I called around for pricing and Rustic had the best pricing in the Hill Country. Amber (Owner) was super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The plant was just what I wanted a peace Lilly but the Cross in the picture was Nothing like the one we got!! We received a cross about 2 inched big!! Very disappointed!! Was for my husband's Brother..

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the cross. We have not been able to get those crosses in the picture for over 3 months. The one we are using now are ceramic and more expensive. When I have a peace lily that big which is larger than the one you ordered, I have to put it in lower that makes it look smaller. Thanks for your order and once again, I apologize.
